How do you ensure that an event engages the critical industry influencers & key opinion leaders?

As a team that specialises in top-to-bottom event execution, we understand that all successful events build on effective publicity. In working on the TEDxWanChai conference we worked closely with global PR agency Ruder Finn to devise a comprehensive public communications strategy to cover the event and interview speakers in the lead up. From 2013-2016 the TEDxWanChai community grew from a follower base of about 500 to close to 10,000 and the videos have garnered close to 200,000 global views while we have been featured in the a wide range of local media publications.

For the Creative Salon event, while JOYCE has a very extensive reach across the fashion industry, we facilitated a much broader reach connecting the with industry influencers across technology, the maker movement, the design community, and the startup scene in Hong Kong.

In Shanghai, for Hack the Future our guest list targeted specific innovation catalysts at MNCs to government policy makers to vanguard fashion & design innovators.  Finally, in the case of supporting the International Live Events Association Leadership HK Roundtable & Macau Tour, we invited key decision makers across the events industry on the agency, client, and supplier sides as part of an exclusive focused industry group.
